Baptiste built his consulting expertise through a gap-year internship, then founded his own consulting agency helping European e-commerce businesses identify website bugs — the experience that led to Pilea — before joining UC Berkeley.

A self-described lifelong entrepreneur, Amaury previously built a marketplace for rare and collectible items, traveling across Europe, the US, and Canada for the venture.
Leadership & team
Nick leads engineering and product at Pilea, bringing 7+ years as a full-stack developer and 3 years in project management. He has helped scale five startups from early prototype to real traction, and now builds Pilea's AI analysis pipeline end-to-end — from LLM integration to the infrastructure that runs it at scale.
Oriane drives fundraising, investor relations, and storytelling at Pilea, and built our CRM from scratch. She holds a Master's in International Marketing & Business Development from SKEMA Business School, and previously worked in international business development, supporting French companies' growth across the US market.
Brings experience from Salesforce, along with an extensive background in startup sales.
Théo brings enterprise sales experience from Salesforce, along with an extensive background in startup sales.
Daniyal leads QA operations at Pilea, with a background as a Quality Assurance Tester specializing in manual and automated testing (including Cypress), functional and regression testing, and exploratory QA. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Iqra University.
